Hate Speech And Access To Public Information

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to present the subject of hate speech in the field of the right of
access to public information. The author discusses manifestations of hate speech both on the
part of those requesting access to public information and on the part of the entity providing
this information, and evaluates them. Emphasizing the practical dimension of the presented
topic, the author also reviews the jurisprudence of the courts in this regard.
