Abstract

The article focuses on the concept of the right to dispose a property for construction purposes,
and how this right affects property ownership, particularly co-ownership. It also describes the
legal consequences of a ruling by the Supreme Administrative Court concerning co-ownership
of real estate in relation to the right to use the property for construction purposes.
